Client Requirements
The client wanted to break boundaries for carers who seemed bored using the traditional system with static and limited features. The client wanted CarePlus to be more updated, lashed with the latest and custom features that enable carers to use everything they had been using in the traditional features and also the new ones. The client explained the known pain points of users and narrated how the solution should mitigate their problems and allow them to handle their jobs hassle-free.
The problem that all carers were facing was flexibility —that was not just to use features flawlessly but also to serve their comprehensive needs. For example, the client explained a few use cases. One is the carers get the features, and no doubt they are helpful, but they are not comprehensive to serve all their purposes. For example, what if carers want to download a work schedule? Traditionally, the feature was not available to them. Besides, the client also wanted to come up with a unique solution to compete with a large number of service providers in Australia. And, it would be possible when you make a comprehensive custom CarePlus solution.

As we do with every project, we listen to the client’s requirements with patience. Then we put our optimal efforts into practice to achieve our client’s goal. As usual, it began with research. This is the first thing we rigorously do to make our further process easy and smooth.
